More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. "Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"Our 5 th stay over the last 8 years at Sealine. It was monsoon time so seas too rough for swimming. The chef is excellent, always freshly made, is good value and the pineapple juice is wonderful at breakfast. The manager is very helpful arranging taxis. And toktuks as required . The area has changed quite a bit on the last couple of years with more hotels, cafes even a locally made chocolate shop within 10 minutes walking distance ."
