"Staffs were very friendly ! Ngoc and Tai ( check in ) and Nam ( check out ) were amazing! Since it was slow season , they upgraded our room to ocean view to better our experience which was very kind of them ! The area is amazing, you can walk to anywhere, beach is across the street, coffee shops , milkshakes, ice cream at every corner. Seafood , do your research i wouldn’t go to any place in the area ! "Not familiar with the brand Vias hotel prior to this visit, but WOW this hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise. Almost everything about it was PERFECT!!! The staff was so friendly; the services were quick and efficient, the location is convenient and picturesque- great hotel and very affordable. "Hotel room is clean and fairly well maintained. Air condition is a bit weak and room take some time to cool down. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is a bit disappointing as the quality is not that good. Location is fair as it is closed to the mall. Walking distance to the beach. "

"I had a good staying, communication takes some effort and check in takes a lot of time due to late or incorrect instructions. First unit where I stayed was not beet clean, however I got transferred to a perfectly clean unit afterwards. It’s worth the price. "
