Villa Sara is a beautiful, modern villa, situated on the hilltop that boasts sea views as well as views over the old town of Vrsar. With no expense spared in its interior design, this exceptional villa is perfect for those who are looking for a unique, luxurious residence on the coast. Built with attention to detail, every corner of the villa has been thoughtfully designed to create the holiday home of the highest quality.

The open plan ground floor consists of a large living zone with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas where guests can chill out at the end of the day, and an fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Large dining table, comfortably seating eight, is perfect for a dinner party atmosphere, while just through the sliding patio doors is an additional dining suite for alfresco breakfasts and barbecues. The extra touch that will delight you is sauna.

The striking staircase appears to float up to the first floor where three luxury furnished en suite bedrooms are located.

A further bedroom with double bed is found on the ground floor.

The villa outside space is equally impressive, comfortable sun loungers by the beautiful infinity pool invite guests to relax in the warm sunshine before taking a refreshing dip.

Villa Sara is situated in the small picturesque fishing town of Vrsar on the west Istrian coast only 10 min walk from the beach and offers holidays in a relatively intimate atmosphere, while restaurants, bars, nightlife, and beaches are close by.

Due to its location the villa benefits from sea views on one side and the views over the old town of Vrsar on the other.

Great Villa with everything you would need, the only thing it could do with is offer a cleaning service for those staying longer than 1 week, other than that the Villa was perfect and so is Croatia.

Ein perfekter Urlaub. Alles fußläufig super zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, der Eigentümer immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell und gibt gerne Hilfestellung. Zur Lage und Umgebung gibt’s „nur“ 4/5 Sternen wegen der naheliegenden Straße. Mich hat’s nicht gestört, meinem Partner schon ein bisl… 😃 In Summe ist die Lage aber wirklich Top. Ausblick, Nähe zum Dorf, Restaurants und Lokale sowie das Fischerfest im Hafen machen den Urlaub perfekt.

Saubere, gepflegte Villa mit guter Ausstattung. Hat alles was man braucht um den Urlaub zu genießen. Ort und Strand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht dass alles passt.

Nicht zu viel versprochen - perfekt
Ein traumhafter Rückzugspunkt für die schönste Zeit des Jahres. Der Tag beginnt prima mit dem morgendlich erfrischenden Bad im Pool, an dem man auch den Tag, den Abend und die Nacht genießen kann. In 5 - 15 Minuten ist man entspannt im Ort oder an der Adria. Man kann in Vrsar bummeln, entspannen oder Essen gehen. Sehr schön waren auch die eigenen Grillabende. Super Ausstattung der Zimmer und Bäder inkl. Klimaanlage.
