"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Acro & Polis! The location couldn’t be better—everything was close by, and the surroundings were simply beautiful. "It was clean and cozy room. It was a shared cooking are. Really like the washing machine in the common area. Could use more of the drying rack. Walkable 10 minutes to the acropolis. There is a good coffee shop across the street. There are good restaurant across the street. I would recommend the greco project. "

"The place was comfortable and the host upgraded us to a room with a balcony - thankful for that! The room was clean, and well furnished However, the bed was rather soft (perhaps too well used) The wifi was also not working , which was not a problem for us but if guests had need to attend some scheduled meetings for work-related things, it would have been a headache "

"The apartment was very modern, clean and well taken care of. Great as a home base to enjoy Athens. Close to the tram and metro but not crowded with tourists. Unfortunately there is no laundry available. If you book parking be sure to follow up as we had an issue upon arrival. "Overall the apartment and location is great. Close to some great cafes and restaurants. Super close to Metro Station. Walk felt a little sketchy at times. Some things we did not like, strong smell of mold/mildew in level 1 bath. Had to buy bleach and clean it up. Shower door missing (which may be why there is mold/mildew) Pretty much every piece of gym equipment didn't function properly. We would stay here again, just some things need attention. "

"Basic apartment close to Syntagma Square - stayed here as had to catch the airport bus very early in the morning. It is in the centre and there is a bar upstairs so the music is super loud. I’m a DJ and even I thought it was really loud because there’s no sound proofing. I was there during the week but it was finished by 11pm. "This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Athens. The views from the room and at breakfast were incredible. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for the Metro and the hop on hop off bus – the stops were just outside the hotel. There was a short walk to the centre or you could just get the Metro (€1.20 for a 90 minute ride). The breakfast was incredible so much to choose from (and again you could benefit from the views) and the restaurant in the evening was just perfect. Athens itself was an incredible city and we also tried some of the local restaurants in the Square where everybody was so welcoming and kind. Thank you. "
