"We were on holiday 4 adults (my family) with my broher-in-law"s family (3 adults and a 12-year-old). The house is excellent for 8 people / 2 families (2 completely separated apartments), although when needed could sleep there 12 as well. The property is very well situated on the Lustica peninsula, in 5 km radius there are 4-5 beaches, good restaurants, Lustica Bay marina, supermarkets and markets, and so on .... Kotor is 12 km away, Tivat airport is 10 km away, Budva is 26 km away. Everithing...

We must say that the house did not live up to our expectations: The house was not clean-spiders in all corners of the ceilings, all walls very dirty (smashed muscitos, dirt etc), foodcrumbs in the oven, dust all over the place and dirty floors. "Beautiful individual villa with a view that pictures cannot do justice to. Perfect description on VRBO but the pictures belie the size of the whole place. 2 large bathrooms (2 washing machines!) 3 large bedrooms. Outdoor space quiet and perfect for swim, exercise and BBQ.
