Umulig å sove på grunn av ekstrem støy.
Hotellet utvider og er en byggeplass. Vi ble vekket klokken 04:15, av svært støyende betongpumper rett utenfor vinduet. Betongbilene fløytet også rett utenfor hver gang de ankom. Det var helt umulig å sove etter dette, og vi fikk en hel dag av ferien vår totalt ødelagt på grunn av mangel på søvn. Hotellet kunne fortelle at de visste om og hadde planlagt dette arbeidet, og at det skulle starte midt på natten. Dette var altså ikke et uhell, ledelsen på hotellet hadde bare ikke brydd seg om at gjestene ville våkne av den ekstreme støyen. Etter å ha kjeftet på de ansatte fikk vi tilbake pengene for oppholdet, men dette veier ikke opp for en ødelagt feriedag. Vi måtte utvide reisen med en overnatting, og måtte booke hotell Kvelden da vi ankom, ringte også resepsjonen meg klokken 23:15. Jeg sto opp og kledde på meg for å gå ut av rommet for å ringe tilbake (for å ikke vekke barna). Da viste det seg at de egentlig var på jakt etter en helt annen gjest. Uansett er det uakseptabelt å ringe gjester klokken 23:15. Utvidelsen av hotellet skal pågå til 2026, frem til da vil jeg anbefale alle å holde seg unna dette hotellet.

Fint sted at bo. Centralt i Nordjylland. En del unge kører på knallert på vejen lige ud for værelset. Det gav en del støj. Udmærket tekøkken og gratis fitness.
