"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. "

"If you are looking for complete relaxation, in beautiful surroundings and with a perfect pool, then BanSala Villas is the place for you. We spent 5 wonderful days there and my only regret is that it wasn't longer. We stayed in Olive Villa, which was delightful and had lovely views of the bay. The kitchen area has everything you need for self catering, but there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance (and we are two old crocks!) if you want to take it easy.
