"We had a wonderful time at this house. There were only two of us but it can definitely accommodate a larger group. The house was just what we envisioned when looking to find a place in this area and it was just as pictured. Pascal and I believe his wife met us when we arrived and showed us around / gave us a tour of the house and property. The area seemed very centrally located to various day trips we wanted to take in the loire valley. This was a great house - we would definitely stay here...

"The owners are lovely people, we had a very welcome bedding and towels change during our two weeks stay which gave that hotel feel.The beds are comfortable and bedrooms lovely and a well equipped kitchen(although no scissors or tin opener). its a beautiful place. "We have stayed in many French properties and this one is unique. Very well equipped, very clean, and the large wood burner kept the whole house warm in late October. Unlimited logs supplied and a lovely bottle of bubbly on arrival. Host met us on arrival and was very reassuring as there was severe flooding the week we arrived. We spotted deer in the fields as well as kingfishers, cormorants and a large heron. Unfortunately no fishing as the river was very high and very fast. Incredible...
