They offer transportation as well as help with carrying your bags to and from the room (which you definitely need given the amount of stairs that’s surrounding the property). "Went for a girls trip - it was a lovely hotel, but the hot water and internet access were inconsistent. Also, Santorini is a ghost town before Easter - not the hotel’s fault, but helpful to know!"
