"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sofort abgebrochen und mussten uns ein Hotel suchen. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung sind stark geschönt und entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität. Es stinkt überall, die Möbel sind durchgesessen, die Kissen sind gelb verfärbt und die Bettdecken sind fleckig. Von außen blättert die Farbe großflächig ab. Die Umgebung erinnert eher an einen Industriehafen als an ein Urlaubsparadies. Direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft die Autobahn, die dann seitlich über eine große Brücke...

"When it says parking not near hotel it means you have to walk a trail for about 200 yards to the cabin. Was not marked and made it very difficult to find the cabin..we ended up locating it by matching houses in the area to the picture on VRBO and one in our party made his way over walls to find the front door and key to make sure it was our property then walked it back to our car. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem idyllisch und gut eingerichteten Haus, in dem es uns während 3 Wochen an nichts gefehlt hat. Froh waren wir für die Tipps und die guten Karten, die uns Thomas für unsere Wanderungen in der Gegend zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Die Besteigung der Gipfel (z.B. des Trollevasnibba) ist sehr lohnend und wird uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Und natürlich die tolle Aussicht hier und die wunderbare Terrasse! Cosy lakeside motel outside Haugesund.

"Small friendly motel on the shore of a beautiful lake and fjords nearby, just outside Haugesund. Ideal if you are passing through. Cosy main reception and lounge/breakfast/diner area with fireplace a small bar, home cooked meal available. Typical motel with rooms lined up outside, fully functional internet and ample parking. Lovely change from a city or town centre stay, enjoyed a nice walk before diner and an early night."
