"Beautiful resort hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food and amenities. Ping pong, darts, exercise classes, spa, 8 clean pools, just walk steps to the beach. Amazing customer service! The staff speaks many languages, Greek, English and German. True Cretan food with amazing chefs! Again, best resort that takes care of everything for you! From excursions with lunch to romantic dinners on the beach. They truly have not forgot any detail! A great place to getaway and truly feel like you are on a vacation where everything is taken care of for you! "

"Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. Easy to get to and from Heraklion via buses 1 to Heraklion and 6 back to the hotel. Both stops very close to the hotel. Its a very interesting city. Also really close proximity to the beach, just past the bar. I'd definitely recommend staying here. "

"I had the most amazing 3 night stay at Alsus! The room had the most comfortable bed I slept in ever in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The pool area is pristine, and during my stay in April, it was empty! The beach is a short 4 min walk away. The local bus connects the hotel to the airport for ease as well. "

"Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! "We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "
