"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. "Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "
