Heidi was extremely friendly and communicative, the rooms, common area, and facilities were exactly as described, and nothing beats waking up every morning to the sight of 5 majestic alpacas. The location was also perfect for skiing. There is a bus stop right across the street to take you to Sonnenkopf or Stuben to connect to the Ski Arlberg system. I would definitely recommend...
