"There was no experience because the night we got there we found out we had no rooms. Travelling all the way from the United States to get to this hotel in Ghana and find out we have no rooms was beyond unacceptable. No reservation was on record at the hotel. It appears our rooms were given away. This put us at a great disadvantage. Scrambling trying to find a hotel at that time of the night."

"I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money "
