"Der Aufenthalt auf dem schönen Hausboot war perfekt. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und es ist ausreichend viel Platz. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung aus dem Inserat und ist geschmackvoll wie auch praktisch ausgestattet. Olaf war unglaublich flexibel, immer ansprechbar und hat eine umfangreiche Einführung in alle wichtigen Dinge gegeben, die zu beachten waren. Ein rundum lieber, netter und sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !...

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in/auf der Villa Sansibar sehr genossen! Es hat nicht lange gedauert, um den Alltag komplett hinter sich zu lassen. Angefangen von der tollen Lage mit Ausblick auf den Hafen bis zur geschmackvollen, gemütlichen Einrichtung... Es hat alles gestimmt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! P.S.: Ein Dankeschön auch an die gute Betreuung durch "Meerzeit"."

"Ein besonders schönes Erlebnis. Natürlich muss man Wasser sehr mögen - so wie wir. Dass das Ressort Olpenitz eine reine Feriensiedlung ist, wussten wir vorher. So etwas ist gewöhnlich nicht unser Ziel. Das Haus auf dem Wasser hat uns aber sehr gereizt - und es war traumhaft z. B. direkt vom Schlafzimmer auf den Steg zu gehen. Es fehlt leider noch an Gastronomie. Aber das gesamte Objekt ist ja noch im Aufbau. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Schleigegend und Ostsee dort ist es prima. Empfehlung für die...

"Das Hausboot ist sehr schön, aber leider mussten wir erstmal sauber machen. Der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn man feststellt wie geputzt worden ist. Die Agentur hatte uns allerdings angeboten, wir sollten uns melden, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, haben aber vorgezogen, es selbst zu machen, nachdem die Öffnungszeiten der Agentur immer erst Nachmittags waren. Aber unsere Ansprechpartnerin dort war ausgesprochen nett."

"We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
