"Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Westfalia. From the outside it doesn't look anything special but inside it was a pleasant surprise. Situated right opposite the Becks Brewery, there is a tram and bus stop right outside to get you to the City Centre or Airport. It's only about ten minutes on the tram or bus to the City Centre Attactions. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. "Very nice hotel located on outside of town. Rooms are very small however it was very clean, quiet and bed was very comfortable. They have a very large bike storage garage however it can only be accessed between 8am and 8pm. Breakfast was fine. All staff friendly and helpful."

Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service. No aircon in the rooms, which were already feeling warm in early May. Fine for business travel when just a bed needed, for anything else you will likely be disappointed."

The breakfast is delicioius, the bed was super comfortable, everything was spotless, and everyone on staff was warm and accomodating and did so much to make my stay an enjoyable one.
