"A great, simple little apartment, 10 minute walk to the central train station. We had no car, and this location was well suited for walking & public transportation. Simple kitchen with the basic equipment icluding tea pot, coffee maker, microwave. Zero supplies, not even salt though. We did wish it was a bit warmer, but the apartment was perfect for sleeping!"

In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. "Advertised a washer and dryer but only a washer provided. Management is not on site and slow to respond to requests (takes 24 hours) and don’t always provide what is requested."

"We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. "The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. "This hotel was centrally located in the area where we wanted to explore, breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING, and the staff was so kind to us. One of the night staff helped us find a lost wallet that was left in the hotel shuttle, translated on the phone for us, and was so sweet! I highly recommend this place."

Great value for money

"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."
