"I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

"Old and outdated hotel with no bar or restaurant. The room has old and uncomfortable furniture, car parking spaces are limited and although there is a large public car park close by that can also be busy as it serves a large events venue and charges a fee from 7am. The location is ok, although there is not much close by. Breakfast is good with good variety and decent selection of choices."

"Location is nice, walkable to city and train station. Very clean, new hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Only downside is that there isn't a restaurant really close (since Hammerhuette closed)."

"This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back. "
