"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. I did see the €50 charge between brackets but I thought it was something optional and this this is why I went for this property otherwise I would’ve gone for other cheaper maybe better accommodation. ...

The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. "Amazing apartment. Loved the openness and the fact that there were two bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There was a strange relaxing room in between the two bathrooms, but upon trying to connect, it wouldn't work. So that was a bummer. I was also let down with the fact that the very basics were not in the apartment and the only place to "stock up" on a few items was a small little mimi mart around the corner - but this is the ONLY service in town (or nearby). The minimalist approach to the apartment...

"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."
