"We love this boutique Hotel's swedish historical charm and appeal as you step on the property grounds. People are nice and friendly. And the gardens are simply beautiful. Our only suggestion would be continued customer services training for the staff. Customer recognition and taste is a huge fidelity / loyalty builder and they could learn how to develop skills in that direction. "

"I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "

"I loved the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. I was never able to get the hot water to work so wished they had left written instructions as there isn’t always someone on site. While they left a couple bars of soap there’s no where to place it while showering. Lastly there’s a tiny trash bin in the bathroom that can only fit a few small items so a regular size one somewhere in the room would have been nice and practical so I had to request a trash...
