"We stayed at the Greet Hotel Versailles as part of our Olympics trip to Paris. We had tickets for the golf at Le Golf National so this was conveniently placed. To get to the hotel we took the metro then bus from the centre of Paris (near Gare de Nord), it took about an hour and a half. If you are attending a golf tournament the location is very good, there is a small path across the road from the hotel that takes you on a 20-25 minute walk through a park to the course more or less.
