"Op zich een uitstekend hotel met een prima restaurant. Alleen niet geschikt voor temperaturen boven 25 graden. Nu arriveerden wij op een extreem hete dag en ik begrijp prima dat een dergelijk hotel geen airco heeft, maar een paar ventilatoren kosten de kop niet. Heel vervelend is dat het eigen personeel 's nachts de tv hard aan laat staan en in slaapt valt. Met alle ramen open is dat niet bevorderlijk voor de nachtrust. Na een paar pogingen om de gast te vragen om de tv uit te zetten werd om...

"The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe)."

Lovely stay

"Lovely welcome and great information gained to us - very friendly staff indeed and they do really have a busy job catering to everyone’s needs and different languages as well. We had pizza in the evening and it was lovely for a good price. Very close to Europa Park and they have a shuttle bus to it as well."

Perfect location

"The hotel is in the perfect location - near to the train station and the city centre. Our room was a good size, bed was comfy, and there was a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was great. The only downside to our trip was the swimming pool and sauna were closed for renovations...and we had booked the hotel especially to use those facilities. "
