"The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries. We were impressed by the cleanness, how roomy the house was, and the unbeatable view of the lake with the mountain backdrop from the balconies. The house had everything needed for our short stay. The local grocery store is a 3-min drive down the mountain and the nearby restaurant served fresh Italian pasta and pizza. "The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."
