"4 bedrooms, huge sofa (enough for 6 teenagers), pool with inflatables. Walked to bakery every morning including Sunday. Local supermarket within walking distance. All fabulous. We were slightly disappointed by the beach (too rocky and busy) but you could still walk to it. WiFi not strong enough for 2 families though particularly with lots of streaming. Great communication from Lorenzo. Thank you for having us."

"Everything was as described, the Villa is renovated with a feeling, it was clean. Another positive thing is that the Villa is fenced. We were we were impressed that the villa has two outdoor terraces downstairs and upstairs. The environment of village Galizana is peaceful. The location is great, because it took us 5 minutes to the sea by car, and 10 minutes to Pula. The host was very kind and friendly. I recomand the place. We will defenitly come back! It is great value od money."

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Natasa und ihren Töchtern in einem tiptop sauberen Haus empfangen. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Wein, Wasser, Käse und Wurst und im Brotkasten ein frisches Brot. Im gemütlichen Haus ist alles komplett und mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Dazu gab es noch 4 Räder, 2 Kajaks, Pfeil und Bogen und ein Tischbillard. "The property is lovely - built and decorated with attention to style and product. 5* Host met us for both arrival and departure and provided a surprising number of edible treats, including fresh milk from a nearby farm. Very quiet during our stay. Beds are comfortable. Everything you might need is provided, with the exception of shower products. The pool looks lovely but too cold when we were there to enjoy more than sitting beside it! Nearby casual restaurants Buffalo and Konoba Klarici ...

"We spent 6 days/5 nights in the house. 2 families, one from Germany and one from USA. Melita was a huge help with all our questions. All very much enjoyed the house, pool (cold but refreshing) and garden. Very good location for car drivers, as it is just a few km from Pula, the coast and about 20 mins from Ravinj. Very clean and new and modern. Huge amount of private space, even for teenagers. Two of our favorites in the house were the two big tables for playing games. Each sat at least 10...

"Seven of us stayed at the property. Lovely modern house with outdoor covered seating space and swimming pool. Lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped but would have been even better if it had a microwave and better coffee machine. It’s really close to two big supermarkets and a local gym. "Our week at Villa Toni was simply magical. The owners are the kindest host you could hope for. They personally greeted us and waited until after midnight to welcome us. They greeted us with a fridge full of starter food, wine, beer and even a fresh baked cake. The house was lovingly decorated for Easter. The property is quiet and secluded and felt like a top-notch spa resort. Everything was meticulously clean and easy to use. We were five people and had ample space with three bedrooms and 4 full...

"Very nice and clean house, with a beautiful pool and backyard. Just the equipment of the kitchen could be a little bit better. Very nice surroundings and not far away from Pula and Rovinj. "Large villa with 6 double bedrooms. A few minor irritations. Only 5 mismatched wine glasses was annoying. No plastic cups to use at the pool apart from children's. There would be a lack of sun loungers if we had booked for 12. The need to supply a 1000 euro cash deposit seems very outdated especially if coming from the UK. Found the checking in and out process uncomfortable. The villa needs more written information for guests and general information about the area."

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!"

A great accommodation means a great holiday.

"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot. The garden is beautiful and it has a many plants and trees. From there, you can watch your kids play or swim in the pool while sitting and taking a rest in a cozy armchair. The house is very large and comfortable, with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped. Everything looks great and is very clean. We had a wonderful holiday. The owners were very kind, available for all our needs, and provided us with all the necessary information. We will definitely return."
