"The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. I had a double booking issue and the manager, Zorzo, solved the problem expeditiously. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s located within 100 feet from a super market and about 100 yards from the city center. The breakfast is great. Food is fresh and there are a variate of it. There is also a small gym and a pool. I highly recommend it."

"Fantastic, Hundred percent stay at this location. Restaurant was superb, as was the amenities, Spa and in room options with English channels to choose from if you want a quite night after a day of sight seeing. Walkable to the centre and close to the train station."

"A beautifully renovated hotel in the centre of the town. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10, is excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury to keep up you going for the day. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and cafes. We rented a car, so parked it in the hotel’s underground garage for €21 a night. It’s a tight squeeze to drive in and around, however we felt it was worth the extra as we drove out to Radovljica and Lake Bled one day, Škofja Loka (currently undergoing massive renovations in the old centre, so unfortunately disappointing) on our way out as we had an afternoon flight. Ski resorts are within easy driving distance, I did Krvavec (programme the gondola parking NOT the actual ski resort if this is something you are considering) and Cerkno which were pleasant and enabled me to buy morning passes so I could return to Ljubljana in the afternoons. Welded the pool and sauna facilities and these were clean and well maintained."
