"This is a boutique hotel with a very good service. It is in the heart of town yet on a quiet street. The rooms are clean and offer everything you need. The breakfast is brought to the room every morning based on selection. Easy access to all attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of them around. "

"With this property you get what you pay for, the room was nice and clean however the bathroom was really tiny and dimly lit. The shower was also really small and could barely shower without getting water all over the bathroom. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom so it's really hard to get ready/do any makeup etc because of the lighting. "Logement très spacieux et très propre. La gérante de l’établissement est très accueillante et présente si nous avons le moindre problème. Le lit était plus que grand et la salle de bain vraiment au top. Proche de tous les sites de Santorin ( Aéroport 12mn, Fira 10mn). Chaque jour, le stock de boisson est refait dans le frigo ( coca, fanta, bouteilles d’eau). "Excellent location with the best views. Kostas was so helpful and informative. This place was the best place to stay in. Lots of room with jacuzzi and large sitting area. All rooms were large and felt like a home. Plenty of restaurants everywhere. Have stayed in Fira and Oia in past but Imerovigli is #1. "

"Fanouria is fantastic. The driver is awesome- Yanis. There is Netflix. The food is just a text to Fanouria and she arranges delivery. Such a beautiful, relaxing, luxurious place with all the conveniences at your fingertips. You can relax and plan activities on the go because the driver makes it so easy to fit around you. Highly recommend this place."

"Our host was very kind and helpful! Gave us an overview of the room during check in. Also provided a lot of guidance on check in and getting to location. Helped with our luggage, gave us great tips for food and activities around the area, and was there present when check out. The only downside was that the wifi does not work in our room, so the smart tv can’t be used. We didn’t mind, but I’d encourage looking into this for other fellow travelers:)"

"I hardly write any reviews, but I wanted to give the review because of the way they treat us. It was genuinely great experience. We had the best time in this place, the management is amazing in accommodating. They treat us well. The room was good with and amazing pool inside. Kids had a lot of fun, walk to Fira.. lots of food options around. I would highly recommend this place."

"We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in the deluxe 3-bedrom Sea View Villa at Serendipity Cliffside Villa & Suites. "My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise. "The property was nice and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Oia Santorini. However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor. "
