"Gerne hätten wir unser Haus täglich und für viele Stunden im Aussenbereich genutzt. Direkt am Wasser mit einem schönen Garten- einfach klasse. Dies war uns von 14 Tagen nur an 3 Tagen vergönnt. Für Raucher und den kleinen, weißen Hund standen danach nur kurze Stippvisiten ( anderer Ausdruck für Raucherpausen) und Pinkelausflüge auf dem Programm. Schade, schade, schade. Wir konnten die Schönheit von Heinkensand und Goes leider nur im Regen genießen. Aber Frust shoppen ist auch im Regen schön, nur...

"Schönes Haus, aber leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Wir haben liebevolle Kleinigkeiten wie ein Toaster oder Salz vermisst. Ansonsten war der Park super. Toller Spielplatz und tolles Schwimmbad. Beides konnte kostenlos genutzt werden. Auch der Service war sehr nett."

Das Chalet sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Also alles super. Und auch für Kinder optimal. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden wir es noch einmal buchen..."

"Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit einem schönem Lokal direkt am See gelegen. Dies hat jedoch Montag u. Dienstag Ruhetag. Unser Bungalow hat sich bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr stark aufgeheizt und liess sich durch die Oberlichter nur schwer wieder runterkühlen... Ansonsten hat Heinkenszand keinen richtigen Ortskern und ist etwas ab vom Schuss..."

"Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche und Toilette kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch der nicht nach Reklamation behoben werden konnte. Die Fotos der Zimmer wurden in der Anzeige zu positiv fotografiert die wenig mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Positiv zu bewerten ist das die Kücheneinrichtung gut war. Der in der Anzeige beschriebener Gartenzaun um den Hund ohne Leine laufen zu lassen, war nicht vorhanden."

"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."
