It is situated on a fenced plot with pool, covered terrace and gill place, where you can surely spend many beautiful hours outdoors and simply bask in the sun, as long as your children play undisturbed. On the first floor you will find a kitchen-living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while in the attic there is another bedroom and a bathroom. From the terrace in the attic there is a charming view of the old town, as well as the evergreen landscape of Istria.

Visit the picturesque medieval towns of Gro?njan and Motovun, which are especially known for their art galleries and festivals. However, if you want to swim in the sea, then you can reach the nearest beaches at Pore? in a few minutes drive.

In the surrounding area you will find a wide selection of excellent restaurants with local specialties and wines that will make your vacation complete.

Note: The lowest ceiling height in the attic is about 160 cm.
