Garden with trees and flowers with a private area: table and chairs, garden pavilion (gazebo) and barbecue. Private parking along the road, along the property. Stylish house in a wooded and fenced park, near Lake Bourget and the Bauges massif. Entrance via a gravelled driveway, private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs under a 300 year old oak tree. Cottage with an attractive country atmosphere with a neat and warm decoration. Possibility of storing bicycles in the owners' garage or under an outdoor shelter. Bus stop 100 m to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1).
