"The property is very poorly maintained. Everything in it is over used, old, and rundown. It was very unpleasant to stay in. The building common areas were grainy and had a strong mildew smell. The mattresses were old, the furniture was over used. The kitchen and the equipment in it were old. The bathroom was in very poor condition. This property should not be a listing meant to host paying customers."

"Le studio est tres fonctionnel et bien garnis, l'immeuble est bien placé dans le centre ...il faudrait juste régler les extracteurs (de mon point de vue) un peu plus finement pour que le débit soit plus faible en extraction car bien que le logement ne soit pas tres grand, il en devient difficile a chauffer malgre les 3/4 convecteurs + mini poele electrique (1800W) ce qui constitue un gaspillage inutile ...et ma femme (assez frileuse) etait tres surprise a l'arrivee de la T"
