"The Casa Pacifico was in the perfect location to enjoy the buzz and bustling streets of Naples! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, tasteful design added to the charm, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in with us at various points to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for more. "The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel."

"After seeing the lack of cleanliness and facilities offered by the hotel/B&B, we desperately stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel in Naples for the remainder of our trip. As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were told that travelling from the hotel to Naples or anywhere will be costly as it was limited to railway trains or taxis. The b&b was situated in another town so the cost for taxi ride was double and it was a 35mins walk to the nearest station which would've been useful...
