Clean, peaceful, picturesque
Beautiful scenery around the lake. Perfect for families, activities for the kids and walks for the dog. Accommodation was lovely, lakeside, and the whole place was extremely clean and peaceful. Food at on site restaurant was tasty too.

The property is nice and practicle with a supermarket in 5 minutes walk and Cany Barville little town has a few restaurants and stores, plus a market on a Monday. The staff were all nice and helpful, the young man at the reception spoke English. The studio could have done with more overhead lighting, it was a bit dull at night and lighting was also needed in the car park and walkways to the chalet door.

Beautifully maintained cabins beside a lake and surrounded by trees. Bread service, we’ll equipped kitchen, lots of activities for kids and adults at the Lac Du Caniel next door

A well equipped room with comfortable beds and outside seating area, which was perfect for an overnight stay for a family of four. The staff were extremely helpful, informative and very friendly.

Lots of water sports
Small cabin but well fitted out next to a lake with beach and swimming, waterskiing, canoes, luge, laser games, ten pin bowling and more. Cabins are away from the busy area so not noisy when we visited.

Peaceful retreat
Arrived late and they had arrangements in place for me. Accommodation is a self sufficient wooden style chalet- modern, clean and functional. Small kitchenette with everything you need. The Staff are very friendly. Not a negative comment just a tip - you cannot park next to the chalets as they are laid out on gravel foot paths; there is a main car park at the entrance.

Not for me!!
Wi-Fi was not available even though it says that it is. I travel in Europe all the time so I'm used to the separate rooms between the toilet and the shower/bathtub but I don't like when the toilet room does not have a sink to wash your hands. The shower did not work properly so that was not enjoyable either. Having breakfast delivered was actually very nice and the food provided was great and plentiful. This is just not the type of place to stay if you are only staying one night so we must not have understood that when we were booking.

great place to stay
We used this location as a base to visit the coast nearby, the chap on reception was great and very helpful, the rooms were very good and clean. the location is great if you like your watersports as its right next to a lake with a mini beach, a short walk takes you to an outdoor activity area where you can hire boats. Its about 20 mins from the coast, so close by to Etretat and the great beaches up toward Fecamp.

Pleasant place for a family to stay at
The hotel is quite good. The receptionist was perfect and supplied all the necessary information. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the supermarket is at hand (five minutes by car). A nice place for staying for a few days.

Good Value Break
Made very welcome on arrival (English spoken), accommodation is provided in various Chalets beside the lake (some with a view of the Lake). The lake is a great walk (about 40 minutes to walk round). Restaurant nearby overlooking the Lake provided excellent service and food + good value. Good for nearby towns and villages for other Restaurants. Fabulous picturesque location with sailing, skiing and other water sports provided on the lake. Best to take easy chairs for sitting out.

Not great but not bad.
This could be a great little place to stay but it's not quite there yet! Check in was relatively simple but numbering of the lodges doesn't correspond to map numbering so we spent time trying to get into the wrong cottage! Wifi advertised is not adequate for number of guests and every time we tried we were told the max number of people were already logged on and it's limited to one device per cottage (not advertised previously). Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels left for 4 people. Kitchenette contained no plates, no filters for coffee machine and the bathroom light didn't work on arrival was reported and remained unfixed for our entire stay! I also woke to find a cockroach in my hair though no signs of any more in the rooms which were very clean. That said, the location is great. Quiet, lakeside views and good parking, etc. too far to walk to town for restaurants etc. but the local town is a five minute drive and has good facilities. We used it as a base to visit Normandy and the Somme estuary and for this it was ideally placed between the two.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful setting
Clean, comfotable cottage next to a lake and close driving distance to Fecamp. Our family of six loved our stay in this super clean, well appointed space. The complex also offers breakfast, but we did not partake. The kitchen provided all we needed to self cater. We wished we had more time here, and hope to return. The only issue was the beds were a bit hard

Lovely chalets with all you need. Situated beside lake in a quiet setting. When complex completed it will be a great place for families. We had a lovely stay.

Bonjour, il n'y avait personne pour nous réceptionner, seulement une enveloppe sur la porte de la réception avec une clef, mais il n'y avait pas le code pour entrer dans le chalet. nous avons téléphoné, pas de réponse seulement la boîte vocale. puis nous avons vu un n° de gsm, et on nous a répondu qu'il y avait un manque de personnel . nous avons visité le site à pied, et par la fenêtre nous avons constaté que cela n'était pas propre et ne correspondait pas à notre demande, nous avons demandé des lits jumeaux et c'était une simple lit, la personne au gsm nous a répondu qu'il travaillait avec des plateformes et qu'il 'était pas au courant. c'est pas sérieux et cela n'est pas bon pour Expédia. egouttoir pour vaisselle non present- à part petite fenetre dans la salle de bain pas d 'autre ouverture - souci car si l on laisse la porte de la salle de bain ouverte pour beneficier de l air de dehors , cela devient bruyant car la ventilation est toujours active.
