Reservamos um quarto com duas camas. Ao chegar fomos informados que era um erro do hotéis.com pois eles nem tinham quarto com duas camas. Tive que pagar uma diferença exorbitante para ter um upgrade. Atendimento da recepção foi cordial mas esse tipo de erro jamais pode ocorrer.

Bipolaridade na análise - Experiência Ruim
Foi uma estadia 'bipolar'. Tenho muitos elogios ao atendimento do Restaurante, em especial à colaboradora Alexia, que fez de tudo para me ajudar para que eu conseguisse jantar antes de iniciar minha aula (além de empresário, sou professor da FGV, e costumo passar minhas noites de viagens dando aula diretamente dos quartos dos hotéis pelo Brasil). Uma das disciplinas é Experiência do Cliente, o que me leva a fazer este feedback, pensando construtivamente em melhorias para este hotel. Já a confusão do café da manhã (hotel muito cheio), demora na reposição de itens básicos, como ovos mexidos ou até mesmo café, me fizeram pontuar negativamente a experiência. Na noite que cheguei, enquanto dava aula, fiquei incomodado com o barulho de obra em cima do meu quarto, liguei na recepção, que me disse que eu estava no último andar. Só no dia seguinte descobri que existia uma sala de treinamento acima do último andar e, durante a noite, o time de manutenção fazia uma obra em cima exatamente do meu quadro, comprometendo a qualidade da minha aula com as marteladas constantes. Ponto negativo. No momento do checkout, pedi que fosse incluído o meu CNPJ, para prestação de contas (tanto das diárias pagas quanto do consumo no restaurante), e fui desaconselhado a esperar, pois a NF com o CNPJ poderia levar até dez dias para ser enviada em meu email. Achei um absurdo, e até indício de crime fiscal. Checkout 8 da manhã e até agora (15h) não recebi ao menos as NFs do consumo. Desagradável.
