Good hotel good food and location
Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs. Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop. Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

The Hotel overall is good, however, the cleaning ladies miss a lot of things on the rooms, like shampoo. Breaskfast was amazing. At afternoon they offer coffe and cake and canjiquinha, but they don't add some juice or milk, since not everybody drink coffee.

Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel Santorini mas ficamos muito decepcionados dessa vez pois o hotel estava em obras na recepção e nossa estadia foi terrível. Fazia muito barulho e muita sujeira. Me senti enganada pois não fomos avisados dessa reforma e foi como está hospedada num canteiro de obras . Achei um desrespeito, porque não fizeram essa reforma no inverno ? Fazer obra no período do Natal ? E do Réveillon? Foi uma pena !

Equipe nota 100. Serviços rápidos, staff cordial e treinado. Os quartos são de tamanho bons, camas confortáveis, a recepção, faixada e restaurante tiveram reforma e ficou muito bonita. Os quartos precisam de uma reforma para atualizaçao também Localização do hotel excelente. Café da manhã diversificado.
