Wonderful apartment facing the sea, with panoramic views of Itaparica Beach. Just below the apt we have pharmacy, bakery and other nearby trade. Located on the 3rd floor (equivalent to 6th), it consists of a cozy and spacious room with a double bed, a single bed, a mattress, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

A living room with a sofa bed, cable TV, internet, DVD player and table with 4 chairs. A glass-enclosed balcony, a 3-seater coffee table, two puffs and a lovely view of the waterfront.

A kitchen with 2-door cupboard, gas stove and stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker and household items.

A bathroom with blindex with clothesline, closet with drawers, mirror and shower with hot water.

Leisure area with swimming pool, sauna and barbecue (check availability for the use of the barbecue).

Muito bem localizado, muito arejado, muitíssimo limpo, bem equipado, roupas de cama e banho tudo muito bem limpo,camas muito confortáveis. Passei dias incríveis nesse flat. Bem localizado, bem organizado, bem limpo.... Faltando trocar o reparo da torneira do banheiro que fica vazando e as pilhas do controle da televisao ja estao descarregadas.
