Located in a strategic area just a few minutes from the cathedral and the main attractions of the city

Outside, a peperino staircase will lead you to the entrance of the accommodation.

Upon entering you will immediately find yourself in the dining area made welcoming by excellent lighting guaranteed by the large windows present in every room of the apartment. On the left the hob with stove, on the right a dining table to spend peaceful moments of conviviality and various services such as fridge, microwave, toaster, boiler, coffee maker.

Continuing you will find the first bedroom with a bunk bed and private access to the bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary services and a shower cubicle with lighting where you can take a refreshing bath.

Finally you can access the second bedroom where there is a wardrobe, a small table for study or work, a 32 inch smart TV to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure on an enveloping double bed with memory mattress and cotton bedspread.
Other things to keep in mind
It will be necessary to send an identification document in advance for each guest in order to forward communication to the municipality and the payment at the end of the stay of a tax of 1.80 euros per person for each day of overnight stay (over 12 years of age) always for the municipality.
