Huge, private fenced 1/2 acre property includes expansive lawn, treed areas, porches, patios, gardens, and a large professional-grade basketball court. This is a country property, with lots of space and wildlife, minutes to the beach.

HOUSE
Two Living Rooms with easy access to front and backyards.

Eat-in kitchen with eight person table. The kitchen is open to the pool area and patio. Perfect for entertaining.

Family Room (living room 2) with Kitchenette and eating area, this space opens to the backyard and has two bedrooms off of the main room.

Bedroom 1 Primary: King bed, two single beds, desk, and private bathroom.

Bedroom Two: King bed next to the second living room with bathroom and kitchenette.

Bedroom Three: King bed and two large windows. This room opens to the second living room with a kitchenette and bathroom.

Bedroom Four: Two bunk beds each with trundles. This is a huge room with a door into the bathroom.

Bedroom Five: King bed, blow-up mattress, and French doors going out to back deck with Mountain views.

PET POLICY
We love dogs and can accomodate up to 2 dogs, which must be on the reservation and communicated in advance. We cannot accommodate cats due to serious allergies.

POOL HEATING FEES
Spa heating is included. Pool heating is optional and involves a Fuel Fee (to cover the natural gas used to heat the pool). We will ask you whether you'd like to heat the pool. It takes 2-3 days to heat up, so we need to know within 72 hours of your stay.
