It is completely renovated with five newly decorated bedrooms, one of which is a 20’ x 20’ casita that doubles as a game room with shuffleboard table, bumper pool/poker table, big screen TV, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and full private bath.

The pool and hot tub are located down 14 steps from the house. The house is gated for privacy with lush landscaping and beautiful trees like Pindo palms, Queen palms, Phoenix Roebelenii, Sago, Plumeria, and many other exotic plants. With many places to hang out, it is easy to host 20 plus guests without crowding.

Three large TV's with high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot. Kitchen includes crock pot, waffle iron, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender, and highchair. High end refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice. Stocked kitchen with condiments like sugar, salt, pepper and other spices. Bathroom stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Hall closet includes iron and ironing board. Laundry room has new washer and dryer equipped with detergent, paper towels, tissue. Pak n Play crib available and much more for a fabulous stay!
