Enjoy a spacious peaceful home with many amenities while taking in sweeping views of the mountains and ocean. This is a great space for family reunions, wedding prep, or just relaxing with family & friends. Beaches, wine country, and Legoland are just a short drive away.

This property is large; with many bedrooms and bathrooms. There is plenty of outdoor parking for at least 10 cars, some on a lower lot. Please ask for a Matterport virtual tour link to get a better feel for the property.

---Living room- A good space showcasing an 8-seat dining table, large sectional sofa, TV, and round game table.
---Main Kitchen- You'll find most all utensils and plateware sets you will need to cook/host for at least 15 people. Many appliances available too; including but not limited to a dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven, wall oven, microwave, and 4-burner stove/oven. Blenders, knives, silverware, and more all available.
---BBQ- Use is complimentary, propane tanks are provided along with utensils and cooking mats. The right side of the BBQ allows for charcoal cooking. (please clean after use)
---Bedrooms- 7 bedrooms total; main bedroom has Cal-King, another has a twin, and the rest all have Queen mattresses. Most bedrooms also have their own on-suite full bathroom. (See diagram towards the end of the photos for specifics)
---Game room- This is where you'll find a pool table, video games, and a high-table seating area that contains a dry kitchen (microwave, fridge; Keurig coffee machine, popcorn machine, and more).
---Studio-This is a self-contained upstairs area (connected to the house, but with its' own door) that has a Queen sleeper sofa and a full kitchen and bathroom. Great views! This area is available when booking 12 or more guests.
---Pool/Spa- Relax at the pool surrounded by a lush landscape of plants. (See "additional rules" regarding heating).
--Outside areas- There are three patios outside, all with views & comfortable chairs and loungers, one including a fire pit.
---Private entry gate
---Plenty of parking for at least 4 cars at top level; many more on the lower lot.
You'll get the whole house, sans a couple of storage closets, studio, and the garage. The studio (upstairs) is available for bookings with 12 or more booked guests.
---Wi-fi included throughout the resort.
---Four TV's show Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, and online channels all available at no extra charge.
---EV LEVEL 2 car charger is complimentary; Tesla cable included, or BYO non-Tesla charger that fits a NEMA 14-50R (see picture towards bottom of photos), advance notice appreciated for setup.
We strive to give you maximum flexibility and privacy so you can do self-check in and have the place to yourself. Of course, let us know if you need anything and we'd be happy to come by!
This neighborhood has a spacious country-like feel but is still close to civilization. Homes in the area are unique and have a lot of character.
A car or motorcycle is best to get to the property from almost any distance, but a bike can work for touring the neighborhood or even going to the store for groceries.
There are quite a few amenities, including a baby changing bed, 2 high chairs, 2 cribs, baby/kid's utensils/plates & cups. There are three coffee machines, all can do Keurig k-cups that are supplied, and 2 of them can brew pots of coffee. Shampoos, conditioners, and body washes along with hair dryers are all supplied, even two white noise machines for those that like background noise to sleep to. There is year-round mini-golf and a fire pit. Summer amenities include a ping-pong table, two hammocks, a pool volleyball net, and beach towels.
Light rail train about 12 minutes away, connecting you to large swaths of the County (see ntsd website)

Hi, here are some things to be aware of to make your stay comfortable
while respecting the neighbors and house...
Smoking/Vaping:
Smoking of anything and any kind not allowed inside, if there is
evidence of inside smoking there will be a $500 fine. However, outside
smoking is ok so long as nearby doors and windows are closed. Please
watch the ashes since we're in a "High Fire Alert" zone.
Events:
Please contact us if you're considering an event so we can customize a
package. (As a general rule, events would include but not be limited to
groups gathering over 4 people that are not overnight registered
guests, and generally any gathering that would need parking for more
than 5 cars.) A total of 25 people or more at any time would probably
be considered an event. Please contact owner for specific event rules.
Areas not included:
***Studio is only available to 12 or more booked adult guests.
-Two storage closets and the garage are not accessible.
EV charging: (LEVEL 2, about 30 mi./hr. charging speed)-complimentary.
Please let us know in advance if you need the charger, and for what
make (default here is for a Tesla, but it can be swapped out with your
NEMA 14-50R socket-compatible charger if needed). See the actual wall
outlet photo towards the bottom of the listing pictures as it would look
if the Tesla charger is unplugged and ready for a non-Tesla charger.
(Of course you can bring an adapter to go from Tesla >CHAdeMO or
other.)
Safety & security:
Please lock the doors before leaving to keep the property and your
belongings safe as can be.
Let the host know if anything concerns you on the topic of safety,
inside and out of the property.
Service/Checkout:
Checkout time is 10am. I am flexible if no guest is scheduled to arrive
at 4pm same day.
Check-in time is 4pm however if the home is not booked the night before,
I send a note, usually check in is open for any time of the day:)
BBQ:
If you used the BBQ, please clean it before checking out. It's capable
of propane and charcoal.
Longer stays:
Bed sheets/towels are available and changed for stays longer than 5 days
every 5 days when requested.
Pets:
We like dogs! We prefer dogs under 60 lbs. and well-behaved. Please do
make sure your animal can adapt well to the home. Pet amenities are
available on site including pet blanket for furniture coverage. Please
include pet in the booking. Pet fees of $60 per pet for the totality of
the stay, if more than 2 pets, please contact me - acceptance on an
individual basis. Bringing in unapproved pets can result in a fine of
up to $1,000.
Pool/Spa:
The pool and spa are not heated by default due to high gas costs in this
area. In the Summer, the pool should be fine, but otherwise the pool
is $150/day to heat, with a 2-day minimum, which includes the spa too.
Just the spa alone is $35/4 hours.
-There is an outside shower near the pool..
-There is no protective barrier around the pool, so if you have kids or
pets, be sure to supervise them. House doors only open inwards as per
safety codes.
-There is a fine up to $1,000 for tampering/changing the pool equipment.
If you need a change, please text for things like a hotter/cooler spa
or pool.

Overstaying the booking:
We value your visit, but staying past the booking period is not allowed,
and in no way is this property to be seen as a permanent residence or
long-term stay beyond the booking period. If you stay past checkout
without pre-approval of the host , we may charge up to another night's
booking and reserve the right to remove all occupants and their
belongings.
>>Check Out Procedure:
-If the BBQ was used, please clean it before leaving, thank you.
-Please tidy up any obvious messes, you can message for specifics, like
if you think a load of laundry should be started or not. Starting the
dishwasher or clotheswasher if necessary is appreciated.
>>General:
A Welcome guidebook will have a page outlining the checkout procedure.
(It's a short list, and time-efficient for you.
In addition:
-The guest who books must be over the age of 21. Guests under the age
of 21 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
-No illegal activities allowed (there's a high probability the City will
send the police!)
-Guests may not sublet the property.
-Guests may not carry out commercial activity, including but not limited
to commercial filming or photography on the property, along with any
other for-profit activity.
-Only guests are allowed in/on the property, and there may not be
overnight stays for people and pets not included in the booking. There
is flexibility so please let me know if you plan to have family visit
the house for the day. Any non-approved people entering the property
may trigger a $1,000 fine.
-No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside
the house, but please close the door/window, thank you.
Property condition:
-The property is rented as-is, that being said let us know if there are
any problems with the amenities or property.
Dispute resolution:
-Stays usually go without a hitch, but in the event there is a serious
disagreement we couldn't work out through Airbnb, you agree to use
binding arbitration carried out by the American Arbitration Association.
Liability waiver:
-We do our utmost to make sure your stay is safe and problem free, but
sometimes unintended things happen. You agree to hold the owners/hosts
harmless for any and all injuries, sicknesses incurred, emotional
distress, and even deaths. As an example, COVID may rear its' ugly head
despite reasonable efforts to prevent it. That and other viruses may
effect you, among other unforeseen situations due to
nature/animals/weather and other possible incidents not mentioned here.
In no way should any owner/host be liable for such events &
injuries.
