"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

Claudia, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of room around the House. Also the pool was big enough and clean. The people in the area were also friendly. "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

The villa offers a lot of space and very high comfort, everything was available and we felt very comfortable. With three children and a little further away from the sea, the large pool offers a welcome change, which we used daily. "Prachtig appartement met grote buitenruimte. WiFi was wat zwak, maar heb je ook niet nodig met uitzicht op de bergen. Alles is er, inclusief een taart, sap en koffie voor het ontbijt! We voelden ons heel welkom. In de zomer ook nog eens een prachtig zwembad (was het nu iets te koud voor)"

"Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time.
