"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Jan's place is an absolute gem, nestled in the hills above Canelli, surrounded by vines with stunning views, a pool, ping pong table, barbecue, etc. The house itself is spacious, well-furnished, and features a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. "Sehr schwierig und ohne Begleitung eines Guards nicht zu finden. Lage aber wunderschön. Küche könnte sauberer sein. Küchenausstattung, z.B. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist angeblich für 8 Personen, es gibt aber nicht einmal 4 gleiche Tassen, eher Studentenbudenniveau. Betten sehr einfach. Man kann für wenig Geld die Ausstattung wesentlich verbessern. Balkonmöbel nicht ausreichend und sehr basic. Lage und Assicht vom Balkon wunderschön."
