"Hotel personnel was very helpful in getting our luggage taken to our rooms. This more than makes up for the absence of an elevator. My only problem is with the very dark corridors. I understand the need to conserve electricity. The corridor lights are motion-activated but most of them were not really working. We had to use our cellphones to illuminate our way into the corridors. The hotel location is walking distance from the major attractions in Berat."

"The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety. Upstairs pool is cool but not enough loungers for all and only place that looked like it. Needed a clean inside. Short walk to the beach where they had more loungers but weather was not warm enough. Would go back and stay if needed though."

"Unbelievable hotel if I could rate it more I would , staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and the sea view was out of this world , plenty parking room , the breakfast was amazing , and again the room was next level and for an extremely low price AMAZING PLACE "

"The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. "

"This is a clean and welcoming place to stay. You are close walking distance to the beach, 20 minute walk to the city and some great restaurants and small markets and bakeries near by. We extended our stay here."
