Always in touch, provided accurate directions to check in, recommendations of places to go see, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Netflix was provided but very difficult to watch as internet not strong enough to support the program. "Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. "Die Unterkunft hat glücklicherweise einen Punkt bekommen, allem anderen würde ich keinen Punkt geben. Das von uns gebuchte Apartment stand gar nicht zur Verfügung und wir wurden ins komplette Gegenteil umquartiert ohne jegliche Kulanz. Unsere beiden kleinen mussten durch diese Situation permanent beaufsichtigt werden. Die Sauberkeit war von weitem ok jedoch bei näherem Hinsehen wurden auch Reste von Vormietern entdeckt. Einige Hausregeln werden gar nicht praktiziert wie austauschen von...

"The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed (plus more). We had 6 in our group but it would sleep 8 very comfortably. Includes parking for 2 large cars. Located minute’s from Medulin where you can find nice restaurants, the water front and all beach activities. Also, only a 10 minute drive to Pula. Michael (the owner) was available anytime we needed him and was very helpful answering our questions. We had a very enjoyable stay!"
