"Everything was terrific from the location of the property situated in nature, food, staff, service, friendliness, and cleanliness But, I gave lower marks for cleanliness because a huge cockroach showed up behind the bed frame on my last evening right before going to bed. The facility as a whole itself was clean; the resort being so close to nature, I think it’s somewhat expected to find bugs nearby."

"This is the place to come if you truly want to unwind and relax. It is peaceful as peaceful can be. The staff are very genuine and friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate you and your needs. We had a very early check-in and checkout, and they graciously supported us with that without hesitation. Staff really had your best interests at heart at all times."
