Welcome to this beautiful apartment with nice social areas and two separate bedrooms to (one with a 180 bed and one with two separate 90 beds). A perfect stay for a family of 4 or a group of 4 friends. You enter in the living room where you have a nice sitting area to relax and unwind with a smart TV as well as a dining spot. The large windows towards the quiet in the yard makes the room flow with light. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with micro fridge freezer hob and oven and a dishwasher. Along with all essentials one would need for a nice relaxing day and to prepare own meals. There are 2 separate bedrooms; the master bedroom with a 180 bed and a large closet with generous storage space. The second bedroom have two separate 90 beds (that can be put together to a 180 bed). You also have good storage for clothing in this bedroom. The bathroom is newly renovated with white tiles, WC sink and shower.
The whole apartment is newly painted and give a crisp and welcoming feeling.

The apartment is ideally situated near Söderport, right beside the city wall, offering convenient access to a large supermarket just outside. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of inner city Visby with its array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, adding to its enchanting appeal. Its proximity to the harbor and bus station further enhances accessibility, facilitating exploration not only within Visby but also throughout the entirety of Gotland Island.
Getting Around:
The accommodation is conveniently situated approximately 600 meters or a 10-minute walk from Visby bus station, providing connections to local and regional buses, including the shuttle from the airport. The ferry harbor is also within a similar distance. Ample parking lots are available near the bus station. Being inside the walls allows easy exploration of Visby on foot, offering convenient access to all parts of this historic town.
Other Things to Note:
With respect to neighbors and families in the area, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. No loud music/noise allowed after 21.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the house. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
