"*HONEST REVIEW* my sister and I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. It has an AMAZING view of the river, absolutely charming property. This is NOT a remodeled, glamorous log cabin from a hallmark movie. This place is quaint, simple, and basic, think European bed and breakfast. It was super clean, all the amenities worked. "We struggled with the lock box, but everything after that was amazing! The hosts were very responsive when we were struggling with the lock box. The cabin is so cozy and has so much character. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to enjoy Sequoia National Park and star gaze!"

"Just what we needed! Silent, cozy, rustic hideaway, just 20 min's from Kings Canyon/Sequoia. Took gorgeous hikes each day, warmed up by the fire at night. Kitchen had everything we needed, and Li and Tali were always available, friendly, and generous with information and helpful tips. Thank you :) "

"What a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location! The cabin is located right off the main road but still close to national park entrance. Paul & Kori were absolutely sweet! They were very helpful with details about the location and what spots to try out. My husband and two kids cannot wait to come back! "

"Decided to base our visits to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks from the fantastically located and charming property. Best decision ever. The cabin is extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable - and the bit of quirkiness adds to a great experience (although the shower is indeed narrow! There is no hallway to the 2nd bedroom so its either an outside exit or a walk through of the other bedroom). The internet was fast and reliable. The driveway to the cabin is demarked by a small sign...

"We enjoyed our stay at The General Sherman cabin. It’s a little small, but fine for a short stay with 4 people. We loved the pool. The nearby shed could be cleaned up better."

"Seeing the house driving to the entrance was a wow moment. Getting up to the driveway everyone was so excited to check out the view and when we got to the balcony it was incredible. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The theater room was so perfect if you have sleeping kids, everyone met down there at the end of the night for games and movies. We actually forgot some stuff behind when we left and owners went above and sent it to us right away. Can’t think of any better...
