This 5-bedroom holiday home is a private hunting lodge in Viroinval, in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes region. Featuring a private furnished garden with a barbecue to enjoy, it is ideal for a group of 9, large families, or two smaller families.

The forests offer a perfect spot for a picnic. The biodiversity is amazing and you can even arrange for a barbecue in the woods. During the stay, visit the nearby places like Couvin, the Cave of Neptune, and Chimay with its abbey and beer.

Enjoy the morning sun and evening barbecue on the furnished terrace. When it is cold outside, you can relax in front of the stove in the living room. The dining room and modern kitchen have a fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and quality bedding. One pet is welcome. Parking is also arranged.

Check-in between 4 – 6 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.

Wir haben mit acht Personen über 70 eine schöne Zeit in den Ardennen verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Alles was man braucht. Es ist gelungen Neues in einem alten Haus zu integrieren . Zimmer und Bad sind alle Top. Warmwasser und Heizung sind gut. Auch das kochen in

Séjour dans la belle région de Viroinval
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte de Viroinval. Gite assez sombre. Les côtés positifs sont: chaque chambre a une sdb, bien situé au calme, bonne literie, frigos supplémentaires dans le garage. Points à améliorer : l'équipement de la cuisine!!. Il n'y a pas 12 mêmes verres d aucune sorte. Pareil pour les couverts. La table à manger devrait être remplacée pour pouvoir accueillir 12 personnes à table (car gîte de 12). Pour l équipe de nettoyage, veuillez à nettoyer le filtre du lave vaisselle (on a dû à nouveau nettoyer les verres à notre arrivée) et laisser les portes des frigos ouvertes quand ils sont éteints sinon le moisi apparaît très vite. Cela aurait été sympa que la pelouse soit tondue.. super gîte si les points mentionnés sont réglés.

fijn ingerichte woning. Keuken goed uitgerust. Kamers en badkamers zeker ok. In het salon is de grote zetel echt aan vervanging toe (vering : o) rest ok. Goed gelegen : eerst 6 km langs/in het bos.... zeer mooie bosrijke omgeving. Goede uitvalbasis voor Chimay, Couvin, Philippeville? (zeker Brasserie des Fagnes doen = mooi en lekker)

Très agréable maison, située en plein milieu des bois, départ de balade tout autour. Chambres et literie impeccable, très bonne insonorisation, chaque chambre dispose de ses propres sanitaires, douche ou baignoire et wc. Androit calme et bucolique tout en n'étant pas trop loin des commerces et autres curiosités régionales. A retenir sans hésiter!!

Vervuild comfort
Dit met smaak gerestaureerde huis biedt veel comfort maar er moet iets worden gedaan aan de vervuiling van het interieur. De kamers op de verdieping vallen nog mee, ondanks de WC borstels ... De benedenverdieping daarentegen ligt niet alleen onder het stof, maar de vloeren en de mooie keukenapparatuur getuigen niet van veel respect door zowel gebruikers als eigenaar om niet te spreken van de vermufte mazoutgeur die er rond hangt grotendeels afkomstig van de verwarmingsinstallatie die overigens alleen op de verdieping goed werkt. Jammer want dit zou anders een topper kunnen zijn ...
