Modern Holiday Home in Viroinval with Forest Near

This 5-bedroom holiday home is a private hunting lodge in Viroinval, in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes region. Featuring a private furnished garden with a barbecue to enjoy, it is ideal for a group of 9, large families, or two smaller families.

The forests offer a perfect spot for a picnic. The biodiversity is amazing and you can even arrange for a barbecue in the woods. During the stay, visit the nearby places like Couvin, the Cave of Neptune, and Chimay with its abbey and beer.

Enjoy the morning sun and evening barbecue on the furnished terrace. When it is cold outside, you can relax in front of the stove in the living room. The dining room and modern kitchen have a fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and quality bedding. One pet is welcome. Parking is also arranged.

Check-in between 4 – 6 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

que voulez-vous dire par là ?
Maison chaleureuse, typique, bien clôturée (chien) mais prévoir un grillage supplémentaire pour la grille d'entrée. Le fait d'avoir sanitaire et wc dans chaque chambre et super. La literie est très bonne mais l'annonce devrait stipuler la dimension des draps housse de dessous.

Die Umgebung war ausgezeichnet, es gab gute Wandermöglichkeiten und eine schöne Landschaft. Wirklich ruhig. Das Haus war gut, es gab gute Schlafmöglichkeiten, gute Badezimmer und Waschgelegenheiten. Einige Reparaturen waren erforderlich, z. B. ein Ofen, ein neuer Grill und ein Treppengeländer. Ein Besuch in Nismes ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schöner Park mit Unterhaltung für alle Altersgruppen. p.s. Das Außenbild des Hauses muss aktualisiert werden

We hadden een leuk familieweekend met kinderen en kleinkinderen! Heel rustig gelegen in de natuur, mooie uitvalsbasis om te wandelen en voor uitstapjes in de buurt, ook baller en grootwarenhuis op 15 minuten rijden. De tuin met BBQ is een mooie troef ! 5 kamers met badkamers en goeie bedden ! We willen graag terugkomen!

Mooi , knus ingericht huisje, met een ruime zonnige tuin. Alle kamers zijn comfortabel ingericht met eigen sanitair en goede bedden. Een minpuntje voor ons was de keuken. Een grote keuken met veel materiaal en migelijkheden. Maar alles is chaotisch in de kasten gepropt. Jammer genoeg ontbreken er essentiële dingen. We waren met 9 personen aanwezig en er zijn te weinig soepborden, te weinig glazen, 1 wijnglas...

Een heerlijk huis met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Alle kamers hebben luxe badkamers met douche/bad en toilet. Alles ziet er netjes uit. De bedden liggen heerlijk. In de keuken is voldoende keukengerei aanwezig. De tuin is ruim opgezet (mag wel een keer gemaaid worden) maar heerlijk om in te spelen. Verder een groot terras en een goede barbecue. De omgeving is rustig. Veel bossen en leuke kleine plaatsjes. Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad en komen waarschijnlijk nog wel een keer terug.

Mooi huis, maar inmiddels met gebreken die simpel op te lossen zouden zijn. Zonde dat dit niet bijgehouden wordt. We lazen het al in eerdere recensies: -Oven en afzuigkap kapot -Het is kwa inrichting, bestek, etc een incompleet rommeltje. -Alle kussens van de stoelen en banken in de woonkamer zijn echt aan vervanging toe -Het huis werd absoluut niet schoon opgeleverd, overal oude spinnenwebben Echt zonde, het is qua ligging en rust een hele mooie plek.

Séjour dans la belle région de Viroinval
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte de Viroinval. Gite assez sombre. Les côtés positifs sont: chaque chambre a une sdb, bien situé au calme, bonne literie, frigos supplémentaires dans le garage. Points à améliorer : l'équipement de la cuisine!!. Il n'y a pas 12 mêmes verres d aucune sorte. Pareil pour les couverts. La table à manger devrait être remplacée pour pouvoir accueillir 12 personnes à table (car gîte de 12). Pour l équipe de nettoyage, veuillez à nettoyer le filtre du lave vaisselle (on a dû à nouveau nettoyer les verres à notre arrivée) et laisser les portes des frigos ouvertes quand ils sont éteints sinon le moisi apparaît très vite. Cela aurait été sympa que la pelouse soit tondue.. super gîte si les points mentionnés sont réglés.

De eigenaar moet dringend werk maken van een degelijke kuisploeg en zal moeten herinrichten en zaken dienen te vervangen. Zo jammer dat een schitterend gelegen vakantiehuis zo wordt verwaarloosd. Verder zalig qua ruimte, indeling en sfeer. Ieder heeft eigen sanitair wat eerder zeldzaam is. Sublieme locatie voor mooie wandeltochten. Een stek voor de echte rustzoeker. Kortom een topper, maar....met werk aan de winkel.

We hadden met 4 koppels een verblijf geboekt .Bij aankomst op de heel mooie locatie bleek dat het huis , mooi en rustig, absoluut NIET proper was De slaapkamers en badkamers waren in orde ! De rest van het huis was ronduit vuil !! Zeer vuile ramen ! Zeer vuil terras ! Alles binnen onder het stof en niet proper! Iets nodig in de keuken eindigde met een ware zoektocht door alle vuile en wanordelijke kasten . Spijtig voor dit anders aangename huis .

Bij aankomst merkten we meteen dat de keuken niet of onvoldoende gepoetst was. Kaasresten op de grond, vuile kasten, geen uitgewassen ijskast. Ook de keukenkasten zijn langsbinneng erg vuil,etensresten aanwezig. Spinnewebben en vuil ramen...Bij het signaleren aan de verantwoordelijke, kon hij niets doen als dit melden aan de eigenaar. Dit was blijkbaar niet de eerste opmerking van huurders, jammer genoeg zonder gevolg. Zelf dan maar een bus Detol gekocht om het nodige te ontsmetten...

fijn ingerichte woning. Keuken goed uitgerust. Kamers en badkamers zeker ok. In het salon is de grote zetel echt aan vervanging toe (vering : o) rest ok. Goed gelegen : eerst 6 km langs/in het bos.... zeer mooie bosrijke omgeving. Goede uitvalbasis voor Chimay, Couvin, Philippeville? (zeker Brasserie des Fagnes doen = mooi en lekker)

Semaine à Regniessart
Très agréable maison, située en plein milieu des bois, départ de balade tout autour. Chambres et literie impeccable, très bonne insonorisation, chaque chambre dispose de ses propres sanitaires, douche ou baignoire et wc. Androit calme et bucolique tout en n'étant pas trop loin des commerces et autres curiosités régionales. A retenir sans hésiter!!
