Our home can sleep eight people with three bedrooms consisting of large master suite on the second floor with queen size bed, flat screen TV and private custom bath. The second floor also provides a guest room with two twin size beds, flat screen TV to play games on or watch TV and a private custom hallway bath. The third bedroom is located on the third level and has a queen size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our home has Wifi and comes with 3 new flat screen TV's, fans in every room, roof top deck, granite tops and new custom cabinetry and has a new intercom system in each room and of course last but not least an elevator to go up and down at ease. Our 91 year old mother is over all the time with her walker and no worries with the elevator there. We also have central AC and heating and a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Walk a block and a half to the ocean and swim, surf, fish and have fun. This part of Va Beach is quiet and peaceful, just private homes with no high rise condos or hotels allowed. It has a wide beach and is never super crowded like at the boardwalk area. Only a bike ride or minutes by car from the board walk area. Close to unique shops and restaurants, the aquarium, First Landing State Park, amusements at the boardwalk and boating and surfing of course.
