The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were easily able to make it out to the beach every day with two little ones in tow. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a great vacation with the extended family - grandparents, siblings and spouses, and two toddlers.

Best Beach Vacation
Staying at Euphoria was beyond expectations. The location is perfect, the house is in excellent condition with plenty of outdoor and indoor common areas. The house is very well appointed and stocked. We very much enjoyed Sandbridge Beach and being in a more quiet, less congested beach resort.

Cathy, the owner, is very easy and accommodating to work with, The house could not be more perfect location I’ve, the front door is right across the beach road to the beach access, which makes for stunning views from the main level and upstairs bedrooms. The house is decorated so nicely and is very clean. The outdoor seating area in the front of the house with ocean views is so inviting. The shaded lounge areas in the back of the house are perfect for when you’re done getting sun, plenty of seating options. The beds are comfortable, having two full size fridges are really nice. We love bringing our bikes and riding on the quiet beach road. Your family will sure to have a wonderful time in this beautiful house!

Relaxing Oasis
From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt immediately relaxed like we had just come home. It is clear that some major TLC went into making this home so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was there. It was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was amazing, the little drink alcove was cool, the decks lovely, the pool and pickle ball court awesome, and the beds all very comfortable. We had alot of winds during our stay and the sound of the wind in the palm tree outside the house made us feel like we were on a little island in the tropics. And let's not forget the views! Watched the beautiful sunrise every morning. The host was so friendly and accommodating to us the whole time. We are seasoned beach vacationers and we just loved this property. None of us wanted to leave and we all would love to come back again.

Outstanding property in a great beach location!
Let me start by saying that Cathy and her beautiful home deserve to be reviewed by someone with much better literary prowess than myself, but here goes. Our family has vacationed at various beach locations throughout the years and our consensus is that this home and location is the best we have experienced. Our family vacation consisted of a total of 11, 7 adults and 4 children ranging in age from almost 1 to 5 years old (I’ll leave the adult ages out!) The bed and bath accommodations were perfect. The rooms are very spacious; the number of bathrooms is plentiful. The location is perfect, the water view is very serene, the deck right outside the front door allowed for extra space for quiet solitude or conversation. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a table large enough for our family. The home was meticulously cleaned and maintained, there were extra beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas; all very convenient. The pool was a nice size and provided a great option when the beach sand was too hot. All the backyard games were a real bonus; you have to try Pickleball, its great fun! I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a nice relaxing vacation, but wanting the comfort and convenience of feeling at home. My children are already asking if we can do two weeks next year. Cathy was the quintessential host making sure we were comfortable on arrival with a complete tour of the home and its operation. Cathy was always only a text or phone call away to answer any questions or provide suggestions on where to eat and shop. The towels (including beach towels) and linens were delicious and added such a nice touch. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home at the beach, we all left more relaxed and appreciative of all that you did to make our stay special.

This property served the size of our family well. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool with the baby pool was fantastic for our 2 year old nephew. The overall area of Sandbridge was very nice. Cathy was very accommodating of us getting in the house a little earlier and was very timely with all communication/questions.

The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The main kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses and utensils we needed. Ten beach chairs and two beach umbrellas and a dresser full of beach towels were available for our use so no need to pack them. The directly across the street beach access was great. Next to being oceanfront this was fantastic. The beach was not crowded at all. Our Host Cathy was fantastic. She answered all of our pre trip questions in a timely manner. The different colored lights in the pool are cool. The first morning the microwave in the main kitchen quit and Cathy replaced it the same day. Grocery shopping is less than 15 minutes away. Restaurants are also about 15 minutes away. We definitely would stay there again!

Exceptional family vacation!!
We expected Euphoria to be amazing from the photos and details online and our stay did not disappoint!! The home is in a phenomenal location, the house has everything and more anyone can want, and it is beautifully decorated leading guests to think of the beach and your seaside stay at every turn. To top things off, Cathy is very responsive, flexible, and friendly! She really made our vacation a phenomenal experience! We will return for sure!
