You will love the huge wraparound porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic! The comfortable outdoor furniture is perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, beachfront dining, or relaxing while spying on the dolphins playing in the surf. Enjoy long naps in your beachside hammock. No other retreat is closer to the beach than this one! And while the beach is just steps away - so are the grills and the pool! Condo amenities include fitness centers.

For easy loading and unloading, convenient parking is just down one flight of steps, or the elevator is right down the hall. The interior is professionally decorated to make your vacation a trip to remember.

You will sleep in comfort on luxury bedding. There are TVs in every bedroom, so you won't miss your favorite shows or movies.

The family room provides a large-screen TV and many games and puzzles perfect for family fun.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Fabulous View
The condo has four bedrooms and four bathrooms that are all comfortably sized. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cookware. Really nice large dining table and sofa to eat and relax. The wrap around veranda was awesome. We had only two really nice warm days but the veranda, the view and the beach front access was awesome. Highly recommend others to stay at this accommodation.

Beautiful views
We thought the space was beautifully furnished and the views were out of this world. Very spacious and made for a super relaxing week for our family of five. We had read the other reviews and were a bit apprehensive about the cleanliness, however once we arrived, we felt everything was clean and in order. The only thing is that there are so many mosquitos on the balcony (all over the outdoor furniture, windows) that we pretty much never went out there. Nonetheless, we loved the views, seeing the sunrise, and felt super comfortable. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful
Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The property was very clean. We loved being oceanfront and able to view the beach from all angles in the kitchen and family room. Overall a great experience and would stay again. The only thing I wished we had known was that there were no carts available to unload our stuff. We had to make a few trips. If we had known that no carts were available, we could have brought our own.

Property was nice overall. Cleanliness of room was a bit poor. Outside patio deck was filthy with snubbed cigarette butts and a ton of cobwebs. Found a dirty coffee mug in cupboard. Living space was dusty and sofa was dingy and worn. Otherwise it met our needs for decent vacation.

Oh my! This is the first time that I took the ladies from my church to Sandbridge and it was such a wonderful express! My 78 year old mother came and she didn’t want to leave! I would recommend this to everyone! We will be back in 2023 for my women’s retreat my leadership and my couples retreat and my youth retreat! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Condo is great, we miss Sandbridge Realty!
We have been coming to Sandbridge for years as a family trip every August. We have always rented houses but with a smaller group this year we decided on a condo. This condo is just lovely. Great location, lots of wonderful features and comforts. Unfortunately we found out less than 36 hours before our arrival that the unit would not be ready on Saturday due to a lack of housekeeping employees. We were not able to check in until Sunday. We found out this has happened several times this season. This was a big issue since we had people flying in from various locations and nowhere to stay on Saturday night. We found a hotel about 35 min from the beach in Chesapeake. It was very difficult to deal with Vacasa because the people who answer the phones don’t know the property you are talking about, since they’re not a local company like Sandbridge Realty was. In the past, it was always easy to ask a question or get assistance. Now you get someone who is across the country and reads a scripted response repeatedly. It just isn’t the same vibe that so many of us come back to Sandbridge for time and time again. Although we liked the condo very much (other than the front door being very hard to unlock), we would not book with Vacasa again.

Couldn't Have Been Better
We had 3 families stay here while on town for a soccer camp. Worked perfect with 3 boys and 3 couples. The condo was even better then advertised with views that can't be beat. Condo was clean and well equipped. Walked to the fishing pier and brought in 8 sand sharks. Explored the wildlife refuge. Management was responsive on one question I had. Definitely recommend.

Everyone loved it!
The property was clean. The location was off the beaten path, but gave us the opportunity to try places we wouldn't have known about before. The view was AMAZING!! Will definitely consider renting this property again.

This unit is spacious and has nice decor and stunning views. Unfortunately, it is in serious need of deep cleaning and replacement of items that are dirty/stained and broken throughout the unit. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean but felt we couldn’t fully relax or feel comfortable during our stay due to how dirty it was.

Lovely spacious beachfront retreat
The unit is well appointed with beautiful comfortable furniture and kitchen appliances. Ample dishes, pots and pans as well as electric small appliances. Beachfront view is breathtaking, especially the sunrises. Unit is one level above ground so getting in and out is very convenient to access the beach and the garage. I would definitely stay again.
